  Pizza was ok but not to my liking, i politely called and said i didnt like it and asked if they could re make it, when i got there the waitress was rude and very impolite. The pizza cook however was very polite and eager to make my pizza again and the second one i got was spot on. So pizza and subs r good but the wait staff(at least the cashier) definitely needs some etiquette lessons...

  It's a nice little shop, but they can't do pizza.
  
  You'll hear them caution anyone who leaves with one to "hold the box level", suggesting that they know there's a problem.
  
  The problem is that their pizzas are a mess. It's a shame. By the time you get home, the crust is sliced, but the cheese is all over - no matter how careful you are. It's a soupy mess - even after letting it sit. I gave them another shot recently, but no improvement. I just tossed it and went to Rocco's.
  
  It's an issue of moisture and this place seems to be the only one that hasn't figured it out. Their sauce is too watery and the cheese is either frozen or otherwise too dry. They obviously don't knead the cheese during prep, so the results are predictable.
  
  The pizza did have good flavor the first time I tried it. And I visited for lunch just after moving to the area and their chicken parm was truly good, so I'm not trying to bash them. I'm just saying that if you're looking for an enjoyable pizza, this isn't the place to go.
